Someone, Help Me Please With Bifrost And Boss I Can't Find That! In Maya 2019

Hello, All I Wanna a anyone can help in this is Problem or i don't know what happen with maya 2019 not 2018 ! i use 2019 it's is new! and so .. how i do it or get it? .. "bifrost ocean simulation system" 

i loaded all in plug-in manger

and cant see it, again .. i don't understand anything, really.. 😞
