How to make Ipython, mayapy and Python27 binary live together on Windows 7 pro

Hi,

I am facing a problem of conflicting lib in Python 2.7, IPython and mayapy.

I am on Windows 7 professionnal that is 64 bit system. If my readings are corrects about Maya 2016, the binary of Python27 in site-packages is a 32 bit version. That makes numpy not working in the same build inside maya or outside (Ipython on Python 2.7 64 bits).

My question is : Do you have any workflow to manage this ? or any advice on what i can do to get numpy inside Maya ?

What i found on the net is not clear.
