Xgen interactive groom tool not showing up

Hello!

Its my first time ever trying to use the Xgen interactive groom tool annnnd its not there.

Do I have to activate it somehow or download it??? maybe I somehow disabled it by accident! I truly don't know why it not there.

Its Maya 2016 student version (hope that helps)

I believe that maybe it isn't available for Maya 2016. I'm one generation behind, Maya 2017 is whats needed for Xgen interactive groom; if I'm correct.
