Were do you get plugins?

I need a plugin to export in the file type I want but I can't seem to fins out were to get it.                  Thanks in advance to anyone who answers this 🙂

Never mind I figured the solution out myself turns out the plugins come with maya. You need to go to windows than click setting preferences than click plug in manager and chose the plug ins you want. Sorry it took me so long to put up that I found the awnser I've been really busy. Thanks for trying to help me I appreciate it. Here have some virtual cake 🍰
