Rizom UV transform/rotate/scale controls in UV Editor

Since I go between Rizom and Maya a lot, I'm wondering if it's possible to get rizom like UV controls specifically in the UV editor without it affecting anything else? I've set some standard hotkeys and they seem to be UV specific which is good (for weld, cut etc..)
