polySplit -ip flag

I don't know what is wrong with my code, it says it needs 2 values, but I am giving it 2 values, do I need parantheses somehow? Cus I have tried some combinations.

Looks like a bug.

Please report this problem (bug?) to Autodesk.
In Maya main menu:
Help -> Speak Back -> Report a Problem

The "-name" flag seems also not to work, if you have the time, please report this as bug too.
