How to draw the handles that move two axis at a time on a custom manipulator

I have a custom "MFnFreePointTriadManip" inside a manip container,

is there's an easy way of drawing those circled squares on the image?

Can't seem to find a proper method on the docs.

Unfortunately not. Those handles are implemented in the built-in translate/scale tools and not exposed through the API.
