Help me fix my mel script please.

Some where between maya 2013 and maya 2018 my mel script window is all screwed up. I need some help fixing it please. I have been trying to fix it, but I ran out of ideas. I have attached the mel file and a screen shot showing the difference between 2013/2018. The maya 2018 version of the script is a lot longer then the 2013 version.  Also I changed nothing in the script between the versions of maya.

I should clarify a little, the main maya mel window is not broken. The window that is created when I run the script, and select the modeling option window is broken. That modeling window that is created from the script is to wide and not long enough. Just like the attached picture shows.
