Assign Hotkey to outliner using Maya 2018

I want to know how to Assign Hotkey to outliner using Maya 2018. There are videos online of how to assign hotkey to anything, like this one:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=48Oxv_SaY5Y.

But now I want to know how to achieve it on Maya 2018.

Hi!

You want to open/close default Outliner (also custom ones can be made) with Keyboard?

This is currently not possible, because of a bug in script execution. You need several scripts to be executed at once, but this does not work correct (with 2 keyboard commands executed one after the other it would work*).

*This was only tested in Script Editor.

Maybe someone at Autodesk has a solution for this.
