Why does this .fbx export appear black?

Hello again! I'm a longtime Blender user that's migrating to Maya for university. I'm trying to paint a model in Substance Painter, but something appears to be wrong with my exported .fbx.
The model appears to be completely black in Windows' 3D viewer:
And when attempting to import the model into Adobe Substance Painter, I get the following errors:
[Scene 3D] [FBX] : Mesh normals are invalid (some values are null) and will be recomputed
[Scene 3D] Loading failed
[Scene 3D] Failed to load 3D scene.

However, the model looks fine in Maya:
What am I doing wrong?
