Subdivide messes up the mesh for no reason

Subdivide messes up my beveled mesh for no reason. Can somebody tell me why this happens? I have no n-gons or triangles in the beveled mesh.

I attached the fbx file of these meshes.problem3.jpgproblem2.jpgproblem1.jpg

Hi!

This is caused by the uneven size of your quads, especially the different length ratios + "surface flow".
