Those look fine, proportionally scaled. The only thing is that because of rotation a lot of uv-space is wasted. You can do an optional fix manually with uvToolkit > Arrange and Layout > Orient Shells. After you orient them, consider doing Modify > Layout, as it will try to accommodate most of uv-space, If it rotates those shells, then see its options, set the RotationStep to 90.ooo
