ShrinkWrap falloff greyed out?

adolfomijares_0-1654072142005.png

Any reason why the falloff of this shrinkWrap is simply greyed out and unavailable, this is my first time using it so im not really sure what I might have done wrong

Hi!

The shrinkwraps falloff is greyed out on default, in which case the falloff is basically infinite.

If you want to access the value all you have to do is simply set a value bigger than 0 in the shrinkwraps channelbox or via code, then the slider in the Attribute Editor wont be greyed out either. But normally you don't want your shrinkwraps to have a falloff, I don't think I've ever seen a case where the falloff didn't give undesirable results.

I hope it helps!

Hello, thanks for answering

Someone in reddit helped with the code to activate the falloff as you indicated.

I used falloff in this case because I wanted the mesh to bulge in.

Kinda weird still to have the falloff de-activated as default.

Thanks
