Rotate object to parallel lines?

hello,

is there any way to rotate an object so one of the faces would be a parallel with some other line/face?

for example, i am trying to rotate these windows to an empty wall in this picture:

i guess this is not possible in maya

which is very sad and makes this tool seem very unprofessional

And also completely inaccurate. Of course Maya has an align tool. A whole bunch in fact. They're under Modify. 3 point to 3 point will do what you need

yes it is completely possible
select ur window
go to modify snap together tool
click the option move and rotate
hit the arrow on window and wall u wants to snap
make sure the direction of ur window and wall shoul be facing camera
if fixed good
