One of the stacked UV shells rotate as I apply layout

why UV shells are overlapping like this when I apply auto layout? I need the similar ones to be stacked, but somehow they rotate. How can I fix this?

Hi!

If you don't want the shells to rotate, just take away the tick mark next to "Rotate Shells" in your UV layout settings. That should fix the problem.

If the rotation is already there from the beginning and you need the shells on top of each other, take a smaller value for the "rotation steps" setting, because at 90 maya can't rotate it to match the other identical pieces.

I hope it helps!
