Maya 2018, mesh scaling restricted

I probably switched sth at random. I've tried exporting this mesh from fbx to obj but no luck. I'm pretty sure that I did sth dumb.

Hi,

Turn off Edge Transform Constraint in the Modeling Toolkit panel on the right of the screen.

Edge slide is activated by dragging the manipulator with Shift+Ctrl held down but there is a bug in 2018 where it can become enabled by accident. This issue is fixed in 2018 Update 1 so you should update your version of Maya.
