Layout , group UVs with the similar shape

Hi there ,

Could anyone give a tip please about UVs layout.

So  i would like to group UVs with a similar shape. , here is a screen :

So i did it by hand , thats what im talking about when i mean "to group by simialr shape " :

As there are still lot of place i have tried to tweak layout prefs :packing region : left half  .It didnt give me result i was looking for  what i was looking for.

The result : would be great to have a "stripe " of each group with uniform scale.So thats my question , if its possible to group UVs automatically or only manually ?

Maya cant do that. 

Look for UV plugins or take a look at Rizom.
