I cant close a hole

I can't close a hole in my model. Why do you think this is happening? I also can't select the holes edge loop with just one click so something must be wrong with that loop. I attached screenshots and the fbx file.

Have you checked if you have any overlapping edges or faces? That usually happens from extruding a few times and forgetting that you've actually hit the Extrude button but haven't made an extrusion. Also check if you have 2 smaller edges overlapping 1 bigger edge. In that case reconstruct those edges. It should fix.

Topology is wrong you cant bridge that because that would create a 3 polygons out of one edge. There is an image, hope you get what I mean from that.
