How do I enable Poly Model top Section?

For some reason I can't click on the buttons but in all the other categories (like rigging) I can click the top buttons. P

Have you tried to delete the Poly Modeling shelf and recreate it. 

Use the gear icon on the left of the shelf to do so.

I deleted it. Is there any way to reset Maya to get the shelves back to their normal default state? (Like when you first install the program?)

Fixed it by doing a factory reset!
