GREEN AREA WHEN DELETE SURFACE

Hi, guys! There is problem when I use paint selection tool to delete the surface. There is one edge there and when i use move tool to move it. It come out surface. May I know the reason why like this? The green area is used append polygon tool to make surface. Is that any method to remove the green area? Thanks! The green area appear when the surface is deleted

assign a shader to that faces...
green means no shader assigned..

You can also re-assign a material to the whole object, to remove the green.
