What are these green dots?

On some transforms you have enabled: Pivots -> Display Rotate Pivot

(for example pCube17)

I'm sorry, i could not find any parts that have enabled rotate pivot. Which part is it that have it enabled? I thought i was the stairs at first but it is not. Sorry for the trouble.

I copied every objects to a new scene and the green dots disappeared, i think it may have been a bug. Thank you for the help!

This is not a bug.

Open the Outliner there are "empty" transforms.
