Viewport selection highlight

Hi,

When I select an object it's highlighted with the wireframe. Is it possible to have my selection highlighted with an outline or brackets?

Turning off selection highlight is not what I'm looking for, as you have no indication of what's selected.

If by 'brackets' you mean some visual marks at object's bounding box, then there is no such thing in Maya.. (Max had it, as I remember) ... unless, somebody had written some script/plugin for this.

Btw, feel free to submit the feature in the Forum's Maya Ideas section.
