UV mapping problem

Hi, I've got a UV problem that's driving me nuts. There are three UV shells that I can"t select or delete. I've tried deleting the UVs and redoing, doing automatic, doing by hand, I even tried rebuilding the section where this is happening and they're still there. In the screen shot the unselected one is the problem.

Well, I ended up just rebuilding the object. It was just a simple cabinet. If it ever happens again I'll post the file. Thanks.
