Texture doesn't look the same after import as it does in Painter/Marmoset

Hi there, I have three pictures below. The first shows the trim sheet texture set loaded into Marmoset and it looks normal. Please note the bricks and ornate wood below it: The second is the same exact texture set loaded into a StingrayPBS shader in Maya. The brick is thinner in marmoset and the ornate wood is thicker in marmoset than it is in Maya:
I've also included the albedo map photo (notice the brick, it matches the size in Maya, but then renders differently in Marmoset):
Ultimately I want this running in Unreal and to look the way it does in Marmoset. Any idea why this is occurring or how to fix this?
