split the mesh with the projected curve not working

I am trying to project some curves on a a helmet (polygon) and split the mesh with the projected curve.
It works fine when I project the curves on the geometry but when I want "split the mesh with the projected curve" it only works with one projected curve (first one), when I try do the same for the second one, I get an error message and nothing happen (geometry is super clean) any ideas on how to fix that?

Step1. Project all the curves from any Aurthographics Viewport.

Step 2. Use Split Mesh with projected Curves Option box and choose Split and Detach Edges

Step3. Go to Mesh Menu and use splitpoly.JPG.

If you want to slice the geo  then from the side view you draw EP curve straight line not circle, circle profile is looking down. That will not work.   If you rotate the circle and scale it down to a hole shape the it is going to create a hole through it.Draw EP curve not CV curve from the side view and use the same method. Let me knowepcurve position in redepcurve position in redsplit helmet.JPG

It worked! I guess the trick is to do all the curves in one shot 🙂

The overlapping lines are confusing the projection.  will not work. Tested with parallel lines, needed scaling the lines wider , from the side view it worked. Since you are trying to cut straight lines you should use the multicut tool and draw straight cut. Faster and easier.
