Smoothing error problem

After completing the modeling, if I press button 3 for smoothing, the program stops and does not work. Of course not smoothing. How do you solve this problem? plase help me!

when you press 3 on keyboard actually you see the smooth preview

real smooth button is under (mesh tap - smooth)
