Scale tool is messed up.

Ok it wasn't like this before, but now all the objects in my scene do not scale properly when I try to. They won't scale properly. Its really hard to explain, but its kind of really glitchy and ;aggy when I try to scale up and I can't even scaly my object down!

Please Help!

Hi

Have you tried re-setting the tool? In the tool options there is a button at the top called "Reset Tool". Does this fix the problem?
