Quick Bending Question

Trying to model a skateboard but when i try rotating the end with the rotate tool (probabaly a better way to do it.) It deforms the rest of the board.

The skateboard has to have a few edge loops going around the board to bend maybe 8 edges should be enough then you can use a bend de former or a soft selection tool and rotate a bit
