This must be an easy question, but I can't find the solution:
I extruded a NURBS circle to make a vertical trunk of a cactus.
Now I am adding branches to the cactus -
On the left, I was able to successfully project a new nurbs circle on the vertical trunk and attach a cactus limb.
On the right, however, whenever I project that nurbs circle seen, it breaks into two pieces and also adds a horizontal circle around the vertical trunk. It does not successfully loft to add a new limb.
Why is it working on the left and not on the right?
