Hello,

Today i get a problem when i try to model a blade and that happened when i insert edge loops to a cylinder then apply editmesh -> chamfer modifier it's okey and i get the shape that i want and after that i tried to merge the points to make the point that come from edge loops and chemfer one and when i try to extrude i get the problem that attached in the image  " edge loops appear and devide the object from diamond shape to a trinagle shape

chamfer.jpgYou just offset way too much for the scale of your object. try a smaller value and enable heads up display to make sure vertices get merged. Also a good practice is to model in real world scale and use .ma file, not mb.

That’s great, yes use the pop up window settings first , although in some cases extruding with the handle can also give the desired result.
