hiii every body i have an issue

i download model from internet and when i try to modify it i have this message

i can select vertex and faces but cant translate any thing just can move object but cant move any componenets like faces and vertex any help plz ...

First select all vertices you want to unlock of your model, next go to Channel Box/Layer Editor and then click on CVs (click to show) and see if the vertices are locked or not. If locked then select all the locked vertices and right click and click Unlock Selected. I hope it should work

i cant select any components and i'm in component mode all i can select only object and this is my problem

Your file is not opening, showing Error in data loss. Please upload the file in fbx or obj format

P.S. okay no problem You are using upper version of maya 2016. I was trying to open in maya 2016, it is fine in maya 2018

sorry i mean i can select object but cant select components ...

i try to extract some child elements from some group and it let me to can select components but cant translate this components and display yellow warning message ...

I checked your file. There are no CVs locked, meshes were locked I unlocked and there are nothing locked in the scene. I think your file might have some problem, when I exported it to fbx it looks normal it does not have any locked components but binding data loses in fbx, still I will recheck your file.

and to the other folks any solution regarding this will be appreciated

to unlock the mesh go to Outliner and select one single locked mesh geometry, next go to attributes editor>Object Display>Drawing Overrides>check the Enable Overrides option
