Non-manifold geometry error with no cause

Hello. I have some problem with my chest model. There is no non-manifold geometry i can see, but i cant do "retopologize". Please help me. This is my final exam for college, so its very important.

This is error: Error: PolyRetopo does not work on polygonal object with nonmanifold geometry. Cleanup the object using Mesh->Cleanup before running.

Hi!

There IS non-manifold geometry.

Check with Mesh -> Cleanup (Select...) the related components.

If you try to delete the related faces you can see there are faces on top of each other.

You can also use Mesh -> Cleanup (Cleanup...) to correct this problem.
