multiple objects not visible in viewport

Multiple objects are still in Outliner but not visible in the viewport.

I was constantly doing hide/unhide my meshes to fix something, when I was done I unhided those meshes and they were just nowhere to be found in the viewprot. Not sure what I did wrong, hopefully I didn't delete them by accident.. but then again they are still in the Outliner and still have history.

In my scene file FABRIC and CAT meshes have trouble with visibility. Please help.

Did you try show all objects?

Hi!

Looks like a problem with the history.

You can restore some data.

Select the last nodes in history and delete them.

Or simply use this MEL script:

delete polyDelEdge2 polyDelEdge3 polyDelEdge4;

To prevent data loss / problems like this:
1. Do incremental saves (as often as suitable) and from time to time save or export in an additional format (like FBX or OBJ).
2. Delete history if not needed anymore (on individual or all objects).
3. Create backups.

hi, I have a same problem, and I've tried deleting each and every one of my nodes, one by one, and none of them seems to fix the problem. Could you assist me with this?

Hi!

What is your problem with this scene?

I get no errors when loading the scene and a character is visible in Viewport.

Its Arms and Legs should be fully visible, but while they are present in the Outliner, they don’t appear on the viewport, no matter what I do.

Hi!

Try Import instead of Open Scene.

Hi mspeer,

Looks like I got the same history problem, and all my hairs disappear in the scene. I know remaking the hair is probably quicker way than restoring it, but just want to know how to solve this type of problem in case it happens again. Can you take a look at my file? Thanks a lot!!!
