Merge meshes to apply a texture

Hi, I have tried to make a track for a game, and I want to apply texture to the side walls which I created them with a curve and a extrude process. But when I try to texturize the meshes, the texture is not regular, It apply on each of the cubes I have created.

I have think of merging all the meshes into one but I can't find where and how.

Can someone help me?

Thanks.

theres a combine feature in maya under Mesh>combine but that still wont fix your textures, you need to UV map your track walls.

Can you post a screen grab?

You can see on the pic that the texture is not equal, and it make it not realistic, and my track is too long to edit manualy the UVs

You can first try to   unfold your Uvs...if the shell on the UV editor is laying Horizontal, just select the uvs and try "Unfold" pin Uvs Pin unselected Uvs Horizontal, then same settings again but check Vertical....if that doesnt straighten  the shell Uvs then try this....There's a great tutorial by Escape Studios on how to set the Uvs after you made your extrusion...http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R1aWcT8Ncww&index=5&list=PLxk6jMxEsFn4CoPfu3qpdjoK_RH5l14cd

And then I made a quick Jpeg tutorial to remind myself.....enjoy it.
