maya 2022 rotation problem

Hi,

That looks like a graphics card issue.

You can try updating your graphics card driver to the recommended one for your version of Maya (see link below) or try switching your Preferences > Display > Viewport 2.0 > Rendering Engine  to DirectX 11.
