Maya 2015 ignoring settings for mm scales

So the main issue is that I have the settings in maya set to mm, but when I create a cube it is scaled bigger than the grid that it is suposed to be on. I dont know why this is happeneing, but it was not a problem before.

Check Cube creation settings and Grid settings.

Thank You! I was catching so much trouble with this because cura would always load it in 2x the size of the print bed.
