Manipulator tool too small...

Hello,
I'm new to Maya 2013, and while fidgeting with the tools i did something that made the property editors(or if there is some other name to them please let me know) VERY small.  For eg, if i create a simple polygon, say cylinder and click the rotate tool, the 3 circle symbol (concentric, red, yellow blue colored) that appears over the cylinder (that is used to rotate the cylinder) is VERY small. Same is true for all other tools.I tried restoring their properties but too no avail.

Here's a snapshot of my screen if you don't find the description clear. I would greatly appreciate any help, its been bugging me so much 😕 Please let me know ho to enlarge that "property changer". Thanks in advance.

use + to increase the manipulator size and - to reduce, the plus/minus keys above the equals and underscore keys, don't use the shift key.

Go to Preferences window and select Manipulator in the left, adjust just the value. Default is set to 1.5 i think.
