Invisible faces

I've recently started a course in the game creation industry and have been tasked with creating a few models I've chosen to create a knife but i keep getting these faces when i import into substance painter or render? Please help. Images to see the issue.

If you run Mesh Cleanup on your model, does anything change?

Don't worry i figured it out, i had a brain fart and when i was remodeling the handle i hid some faces and didn't think to un-hide everything, which did fix my issue.
