How to export an obj file?

I just downloaded the trial version of Maya 2018. I opened a .mb file. I need to export the .mb as an .obj. How do you export a .mb file in Maya as a .obj file? It only gives me 2 options for export formats,

ASCII and Binary.

Export... -> File Type "OBJexport"

Make sure objExport.mll is loaded in Plug-in Manager.
