I'm sorry when I got if write a strange sentence.

I use Maya2016.

When I was modeling, and for some reason the face is turned to green but not changing the color.

I am very difficult to see, it is modele difficult.

I'm just getting started.So there are a lot of things I do not know.

So, I do not know whether this phenomenon is a problem or specifications of.

So I want to quickly resolve.

Try these:
Assign a new material
Make sure the model has UVs
