Best desktop for Maya?

Hi,
I'm going to buy my first PC, but I'm not sure which specs should I look into for Maya.

I'm using Maya for modelling, texturing and rendering. So is it better:

- GTX1080 or RTX 2070

- 16GB or 32GB RAM  DDR4

- fan cooling or AIO cooling

- PSU 650w or 750w?

Im thinking the CPU i7 9700k With 8 cores
