The file is corrupted, you can't open this file in any Maya version.

Same here, Maya2019.
Still, since it is MA, you can open it with text/code editor, and delete the ending, starting from
createNode transform -n "group18_pPipe35";
Some parts will be lost, like right track wheels, shader assignment. Yet, it is better than nothing.

How did you figured out that createNode transform -n "group18_pPipe35"; and the rest were the problem?

I saw no material nodes there, and we can see the imagePlanes, therefore I assume the scene might at its modelling stage, where it was too early for materials/shaders. You just select all the objects and assign lambert1 material, or any other new one, the green color will go.

Create a new Lambart shader and apply that shader again. It works.

you guys are the best thanks the original colour is back but there is one small thing or maybe big thing that's bugging me .....an  error code while opening up the file..Screenshot (52).png

side, that is the name of default ortho camera, a harmless warning.

What exactly is the error message? just post that, someone will be able to
