A random part showing up after deleting planes

Hi guys! I've been deleting some planes from a project and then a sort of bubble showed up, got bigger/smaller each plane deleted, how do I remove this bubble?

It's likely because of indiscriminate edge deletion, something has been messed in the topology and now it has a large polygon that is connected to many edges, possibly non-manifold geo.

Either get your original mesh, or duplicate existing model to keep it as a reference.

Then, go Modeling > Mesh > Cleanup and see what options might be your case.

My go-to settings for Cleanup are:

.. however, you'd also enable FacesWithMoreThan4Sides.

After this, your mesh will be kind-of "fixed", still you will have to delete obviously wrong elements, and start with some faces, not edges. Fill holes where critical. Iterate - delete, fill, delete, fill .. cleanup.. and so on.
