Fatal Error Attempting to save Temp .mlt

Hellow,

Followed the steps on a few threads to try and trouble shoot similar sounding issue with a failed save attempt. With no luck. Non of the threads were in particular about a temp .mlt file so thought id make one in case something is different. 

Ive tried updating maya
updating graphic card drives 
adding MAYA_DISABLE_OPENCL=1 to my .env
Did not have an igdrclneo64.dll to delete 
Tried going through crash report to find a .dll to delete, with no luck (report below) 
Tried removing all the .mlt files form the temp folder
Tried running as Admin 
Also got a work mate to try open file on his PC with same outcome. So probably not a driver/install issue? 

Any ideas?
