Un-instancing

"Let's suppose there are 100 instances of one object. Now if we want to delete one or 2 objects from it, its not possible. It deletes everything.

If anyhow we can un-instance an object it would be GREAT!"

you can already do that in maya. Modify -> convert-> instance to object
