Hello, I'm writing to call attention and request Autodesk to make a language update to all their software. As a Maya user, there's a Render field setting called "masterLayer". This is rather archaic and feels out of step with current social progress. It propagates painful historical references that should be adjusted to be more inclusive for all Autodesk users. Many companies like Apple are changing "master" tag to something like "primary" or "main" that carries the same meaning. Let's continue to be awesome and rise above language terms that are harmful and painful to our community. Thanks very much!
