Disable CTRL-Return as "Execute" in the Script Editor

If you press CTRL-Return in the script Editor all the code in the current pane is automatically executed (and cleared). This appears to be a newer feature that was added in 2016 or 2017. This is becoming extremely frustrating and damaging when you type as fast (or as clumsily) as I do because I am either pressing CTRL too quickly or not releasing it quick enough while doing things like pasting with CTRL-V and then hitting return for a newline.

This never used to happen to me and I've been scripting in the editor since Maya 4.5 but now I'm constantly losing snippets of code and sometimes crashing Maya because I've accidentally hit CTRL-Return.

I honestly don't see who would want this functionality so I'd say remove it entirely, but if you can't or won't, please considered putting a "Use CTRL-Return to execute" option on the Script Editor Command menu or somewhere.

Thanks
