Cut faces tool

I REALLY miss the old cut faces tool that allowed you to select certain faces and then draw a cut through only those faces at any angle you chose.

The multicut tool does not do this easily at all, and does not replace the old tool that worked great!

In my version, Maya 2017 update 5, the multi-cut tool allows me to do just that. Click and drag over selected faces to cut only those, or cut all faces if no faces are selected. Just start the cut from "outside" the mesh, clicking on top of the mesh starts the "in-poly-cutting".
