Copy and paste UVs from one object to another (with the same topology), by selecting the UVs in the UV editor and pressing ctrl-c then selecting the other object and pressing ctrl-v.
I at least found a free python script with several other functions so that you can transfer your UVs from your first object to all the others, as long they have the same topology:
thanks @LalaGhost I use a similar script and sometimes the standard transfer attributes that comes with maya. But you just can't beat a simple ctrl-c, ctrl-v. 🙂
Currently Copy/Paste UVs only works on a per face basis and I think it would be greatly improved if this worked on multiple face selections or entire UV shells. Correct UV order can be derived from the 3d topology of the two selections.
