Change Viewport Background color real-time.

I would like to be able to change the background color of the viewport from the Background of the ViewportShading in Blender by using the color wheel at any time.

Currently, you can only change the color from Color Setting>General>3D View. And it doesn't change while you are moving the slider.
You have to release it in order to change it. I am not satisfied with this specification.

Please add this Color Setting>General>3D View to the Panel tool bar as well.

This can be achieved through Mel, and it is relatively simple, but not everyone can master it.
